摘要
以传热学为理论基础,分析了煤矿用液力传动车辆液力变矩器的发热原因以及发热量的计算方法,利用MATLAB软件建立煤矿用液力传动车辆防爆发动机与液力变矩器共同工作输入特性数学模型及编程计算二者的共同工作点。最后,通过WC8E煤矿用液力传动车辆验证数学模型与计算方法的准确性,计算在不同工况下液力变矩器的发热量,得出该车液力变矩器冷却系统需要的散热量。
Analytical the compute method of generate heat and hydraulic torque converter work on energy loss in the process of heat production to vehicles with hydramatic transmission mine by the theoretical basis of heat transfer,build mathematical computation models to calculate the explosion-proof engine with the torque converter input characteristics under different conditions by using Matlab software,and programmed calculation of cooperating point of explosion-proof engine and torque converter.At last,verify mathematics model and calculation method,compute under different conditions of heat torque converter with examples,obtained the need for heat dissipation cooling system finally.
