摘要
采用有限元软件ANSYS对某气体流量标准装置的气缸进行了壁厚优化设计。分析了气缸的最大应力、最大变形量等设计所关心的主要因素,并从理论上进行了校核。根据分析结果,优化壁厚参数,使得设计结果既满足使用要求又降低设备重量、节约成本。
The casing wall of a gas flow standard installation is optimized by the finite element method.The maximum stress and the largest deformation are obtained and also been checked with theoretical value.Design plan is optimized on the basis of the results and analyzed again by numerical simulation.The design satisfies the requirements and reduces both the weight and cost of the equipment.
