矿用上料机机架模态分析

Modal Analysis of Mine Feeding Machine Frame

利用有限元分析软件ANSYS中的BEAM单元和SHELL单元的分析计算功能简化模型,并对上料机支架结构进行模态分析。基于模态分析方法得到其固有频率和振型,并在其基础上找到支架最薄弱的环节,为以后设备做进一步改善提供参考。计算结果表明该支架部分设计合理,能满足工况条件的需要。

The BEAM and SHELL unit of ANSYS has the function that can analyze and simplify models and modal analyze the structure which convey the material.Using the modal analysis method,can get its natural frequencies and mode shapes.On the other hand,we can find the weakest link on the support of the equipment.We can use it as a reference to improve the equipment in the further.The results show that the parts of the bracket hold a reasonable design and can work well in its work environment.
