摘要
刮板机中板焊接时由于组对间隙大,导致焊接操作难度大,影响焊接效率,焊缝强度低。分析认为是中板下料尺寸、铸造槽帮尺寸和焊接收缩余量产生的误差叠加所致。中板下料编程时预留一定余量以补偿割坡口损耗和抵消焊后收缩变形,可以将间隙控制在工艺要求范围内,改善焊缝质量,节约焊丝消耗,提高焊接效率27.3%。
The oversize assembly gaps during middle plate welding of scraper conveyor,which lead to difficult welding operation,low welding efficiency,and weakened weld strength,are probably due to the superimposition of error from cutting size of the plates,casting size of ledge and welding shrink range.A certain margin is set in programming for cutting to compensate for the loss of groove cutting and offset the weld shrinkage,and the assembly gap can be controlled within the requirements of the welding process,then high quality weld is obtained,welding wire consumption is saved,and the welding efficiency is improved by 27.3%.
