摘要
运用TRIZ理论与技术,对深孔加工装置进行技术冲突分析,获得了技术冲突矩阵;运用TRIZ的3个创新理论阐述了深孔加工装置的创新设计过程;在传统深孔加工装置中添加了复合喷雾装置和负压抽屑装置,形成准干式深孔加工装置。
Utilizing the TRIZ theory and technology to carry out analysis of technique conflict to deep hole processing device,and the conflict matrix was obtained;Using three innovation principles of TRIZ to expound on the innovative design process of deep hole processing device;Compound spraying device and suction chip by negative pressure device were added to the traditional deep hole processing device,and the near-dry deep hole processing device was formed.
