摘要
通过对零件尺寸机器视觉检测系统的关键技术进行研究,分析了零件边缘灰度值变化,结合Roberts算子检测出的边缘呈多像素宽度的特点,提出了基于最小二乘曲线拟合的亚像素边缘检测方法用于边缘检测。实验结果表明:检测系统的测量精度能达到2μm。
This paper investigates the key technologies of dimensional inspection system for part base on machine vision,analyses the gradient of part edge,with multi-pixel width which were detected by Roberts operator.A sub-pixel edge detection method based on least-squares curve-fitting were proposed.The experimental results show the inspection accuracy of the inspection system can reach to 2 μm.
