矿井提升机制动参数的监测系统

Monitoring System for Braking Parameters of Mine Hoist

针对矿井提升机制动系统,提出了一种在提升机低速运行时,施闸制动,依据制动效果直接测试制动力矩、空动时间、制动行程等制动参数的方法,并采用单片机AT89S52和PC机组成的两级计算机系统来实现制动参数的检测和显示。

For braking system of mine hoist,this paper proposes test method for braking parameters.When mine hoist runs in low speed,we apply brake,and according to braking effect,we can get braking parameters such as braking torque,idle motion time and braking stroke.The inspection and display of these braking parameters can be achieved by two-stage computer system consisted with SCM AT89S52 and PC computer.
