摘要
提出一种最低损耗Buck变换器拓扑结构,该拓扑电路运用无源无损缓冲网络,能够实现开关管的零电压关断和零电流开通,辅助网络中续流二极管的反向电流和电压尖峰能够得到有效抑制,提高了变换器的效率和稳定性,同时拓宽了软开关的占空比范围。通过1台1 kW试验样机验证了理论分析的正确性和可行性。
This paper presents minimum losses Buck converter topology,the topology of circuit using passive lossless snubber network,to achieve zero-voltage switch and zero current turn-off opening of secondary network in reverse diode current and voltage spikes can be effectively suppressed,improving efficiency and stability of converter,while broadening range of soft-switch duty cycle.The theoretical analysis is verified of correctness and feasibility by a 1 kW prototype.
