Coal Enterprises Based on PLC Dust Removal Equipment Electrical Control System Design

介绍了燃煤企业对环境的污染情况,设计并改造了除尘设备及控制系统。研究探讨用可编程控制器在工业控制中的控制实现问题。结合除尘设备的机械动作要求,设计出切实可行的电气控制系统。应用于炼铁及炼钢等污染严重企业效果显著,明显优于原有除尘设备。解决了燃煤企业大气、水污染、水资源浪费、废渣利用等一系列问题。

This paper introduces coal enterprise to environment pollution,design and transformation of dust removal equipment and control system.Study on use of programmable logic controller in industrial control realization.Combined dust removal equipment mechanical action requirements,design a practical electric control system.Application of ironmaking and steelmaking in heavily polluting enterprises significant effect,effect is obviously better than original dust removal equipment.To solve coal enterprise atmosphere,water pollution,waste of water resources,a series of problems such as slag utilization.
