摘要
从方案拟定、硬件设计及典型功能实现等方面介绍了H187凸轮轴斜头架磨床的改造方法和过程。为满足加工精度及加工节拍的要求,采用了交流变频调速技术以实现恒线速磨削。生产实践表明,改造后的磨床大大提高了磨削质量和生产效率,达到了预期效果。
The method and procedure of NC transformation of H187 slanting headstock camshaft grinding machine are introduced from following aspects such as schematic design,working flow analysis,electric hardware design and realization of typical function.In order to meet the requirements of manufacturing precision and cycle time,the current commonly used AC-VVVF control technology is adopted to realize constant peripheral speed grinding.It shows that transformation can greatly improve the quality and production efficiency.
