堆焊修复法在矿山机械大型齿轮修复中的应用研究

Application Research of Resurfacing Welding Method to Repair Large Gear in Mining Machinery

通过对矿山机械大型齿轮损坏情况的分析,提出采用堆焊的方法进行修复,介绍了堆焊修复齿轮的全过程。研究及应用表明:对于矿山机械大型齿轮磨损采用堆焊的方案是可行的,节约了检修时间,降低了检修成本,为类似零件的修复提供实践参考。

Based on analysis of the mining machinery large gear damage,put forward the use of resurfacing welding method to repair,and introduces the whole process of repairing the mining machinery large gear damage by resurfacing welding method.Application research show that： repairing the mining machinery large gears by surfacing welding method is feasible;Saving the work time,lower the cost,which provides practical reference for repair of similar parts.
