开采4～8m急倾斜煤层扩巷工作面螺旋输送机应用问题探讨

开采4～8 m急斜煤层,采用F3200/17.5/27F型放顶煤液压支架,在扩巷工作面布置半封闭螺旋输送机将破落的煤体转运到顺槽转载机上。工作中煤体输入可在螺旋体长度方向任意位置,煤体输出在螺旋体端部。螺旋输送机长度有5 m、8 m。若螺旋叶片上安放截齿,可对爆破放落下来的一定块度煤体实现破碎输送,同时还可对底板整平,便于放顶煤支架前移。
