摘要
针对山东某煤矿在输送带传输的各个环节自动化程度不高,控制效率低的情况,使用WinCC组态软件设计了煤矿井下输送带传输监控系统。应用实际表明,该监控系统的设计节省了工作人员对系统检修和维护的时间,提高了井下生产的安全性。
In view of low automation level and low control efficiency that each link of belt transmission in one mine of Shandong province,a monitoring system for belt transmission in uderground collieries was designed by WinCC configuration software.The actual application showed that design of monitoring system cut down time of maintenance of system for works and improves safety of underground production.
