摘要 机械设备的组合故障由于其故障的多样性、强弱的不平衡、故障间的相互影响等特性,给全面准确的诊断造成困难。根据机械设备中故障诊断机理,将Hilbert-Huang及EMD方法应用于具有组合缺陷的滚动轴承故障诊断实验中。验证了信号边际谱与故障特征之间的联系,辨析出滚动轴承外圈缺陷和滚动体缺陷的特征量,证明了其分析轴承组合故障的可行性。 The combination of mechanical equipment fault because of fault of strength of diversity,imbalance,the interaction of fault features,to fully accurate diagnosis cause difficulties.According to vibrating mechanism of fault diagnosis in machanical equipment,the HHT method and EMD is applied to rolling bearing fault diagnosis experiment.It successfully obtains relationship between marginal spectrum and fault characteristic signal,and differentiates characteristic value of bearing with damage on ball and in outer track by Hilbert-Huang and EMD.Finally the feasibility of analysis in combination fault of rolling bearing by Hilbert-Huang and EMD is proved.
