摘要 在对PWM整流器网侧电流分析的基础上,提出一种以整流器网侧相电流低次谐波含量及分布为特征的整流器IGBT开路故障诊断方法。为了克服傅立叶变换在时域没有任何分辨力的限制,采用小波包对定子电流信号进行时间-频域分析,通过小波包的分解与重构,对网侧相电流低次谐波信号进行能量提取,得到故障特征量,并通过贝叶斯网络对整流器开路故障模式进行分类。仿真结果证明该方法能够有效地实现整流器开路故障诊断。 Based on analysis of the AC current of PWM rectifier,rectifier IGBT open-circuit fault diagnosis method which characterized by low harmonic content and distribution of network side phase current is established.Wavelet packet is used to analyze signal in time-frequency domain.Base on wavelet packet decomposition and reconstruction,the energy of low order harmonic of network side phase current is extracted and energy is considered as characteristic fault vector.The fault modes is classified by Bayesian networks.The simulation results show that method was correct and effective.
