摘要
针对FFT频谱在分析失电残压信号上的不足,采用了将Hilbert-Huang变换(HHT)应用于转子断条故障诊断的新方法。该方法对同型号的2台异步电机(正常电机、一根断条故障电机)进行失电残压信号的采集。将采集的信号进行不同周期的截取,寻求最佳的失电残压分析信号。对信号进行经验模态分解(EMD),对比各个信号段的瞬时频率和瞬时幅值,提取能够反映电机转子断条的故障特征。
Aiming at drawbacks of residual votage after AC dump by FFT,the optimized Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT) algorithm and is applied to rotor broken-bar fault diagnosis of squirrel-cage induction motor.The technic requires acquisition residual votage after AC dump from the two motors(a normal motor and one rotor broken-bar motor).The acquisition signal intercept of different cycle and find best signal of residual votage after AC dump by analysis.The signal is analyzed by empirical mode decomposition(EMD),compare instantaneous frequency of each signal segment and instantaneous amplitude,extracted to reflect rotor broken-bar fault feature.
