工业化碳纤维用预氧化炉端气封的比较

Comparison between end enclosures of pre-oxidation ovens in industrial production of carbon fiber

考察了碳纤维工业化中3种常见吹风方式氧化炉不同的端气封形式,阐明端气封的重要性,分析现阶段不同形式端气封的优点和缺陷,提出在工业化中仍需不断优化端气封的结构,彻底解决氧化炉端部温度场的不均匀性问题。同时,在端气封的设计中应高度重视能源的再利用。

Mainly introduced end enclosures of three kinds of pre-oxidation ovens with common air flow in carbon fiber industrial production,elucidated the importance of end enclosure,analyzed advantages and shortages of different end enclosures at this moment,and proposed that the structure of end enclosure should be improved to solve the temperature non-uniformity at the end of pre-oxidation ovens.It should also be paid high attention to energy reuse in the design of end enclosures.
