摘要 声表面波标签是SAW射频识别系统的核心.设计并制作了工作于433 MHz频率上的SAW标签,给出了反射条的宽度、反射条的排布等参数及其设计依据.为了减小声表面波标签的尺寸,通过将印刷偶极子臂弯折变型,设计了一款工作于433 MHz频率上的小型化偶极子天线,经过ADS软件对该天线建模与仿真,验证了这款小型化天线完全满足SAW射频识别的需要. Passive tag is the key work of SAW-RFID.A kind of SAW tag is developed.The center frequency of the tag is selected as 433 MHz.The design of reflective SAW tag is discussed.The basic structure of such a tag concerning the arrangement and width of the reflectors has been explained.Through meandering the dipole of the antenna,a miniature dipole antenna working in the frequency of 433 MHz is designed.After modeling and emulator the antenna by ADS software,this new kind of miniature antenna fit the use of SAW-RFID.
