摘要
依据《南昌市地表水功能区划》,以COD、NH3-N为控制指标,根据入河、湖(库)排污口分析评价结果,合理确定水质模型和相关参数,应用水质模型计算南昌市水功能区水域纳污能力、限制排污总量和应削减量.提出南昌市水域纳污能力及限制排污总量原则和方案的建议,为实现《南昌市地表水功能区划》中的规划目标提供了科学依据,是水资源保护量化指标的具体体现.
Based on "Nanchang surface water function zoning" and the assessment results of river contaminant drain outlet,taking COD,NH3-N as control indexes,the permissible pollution bearing capacity and the reducing quantity as well as the pollution discharge control quantity of pollutant of water function zone were analyzed by using rational water quality model with respect to the water quality target and design flow.It provided the scientific basis to achieve the planned object in Nanchang surface water function zoning and reflected the water resources preservation quantization.
