PCa患者前列腺与睾丸组织中AR表达相关性 被引量:1

The relativity of androgen receptor expression in prostate tissue and testicular tissue in patients with prostate carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨雄激素受体(AR)在前列腺癌(PCa)患者前列腺组织与睾丸组织中的表达情况。方法16例PCa患者,于前列腺切除术(或前列腺穿刺活检)后行双侧睾丸切除,按临床分期、病理分级、年龄分组,采用免疫组化方法分析各组织AR表达情况。结果前列腺组织AR表达:早期组表达低于晚期组(P<0.05);低分化组表达高于其它病理分级组间(P<0.01);AR表达与临床分期及病理分级正相关(P<0.05)。睾丸组织中早期组AR表达高于晚期(P<0.05),AR表达与临床分期负相关(P<0.05);前列腺与睾丸组织AR表达间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 PCa患者前列腺与睾丸组织间AR表达彼此独立;前列腺AR阳性表达程度与PCa分级、分期有关,其睾丸AR阳性表达程度PCa分期有关,对判断PCa生物学行为有参考价值。 【Objective】 To investigate the expressions of androgen receptor(AR) in prostatic and testicular tissue,and their relationship with each other in PCa patients.【Methods】 16 patients,who had taken bilateral orchidectomy after prostatectomy or transrectal prostate needle biopsy being taken,were divided by clinical stage and pathology classification.Every tissue were analyzed by methods of immunohistochemistry.【Results】 Difference among prostatic tissues: Compared with the early clinical stage group,AR expression increased in the advanced stage group(P0.05);the poorly differentiated group's AR expression was significantly higher than the other two groups(P0.01);AR expression got a significant positive correlation with clinical stage and pathology classification(P0.05).Compared with the early clinical stage group in testicular tissues,AR expression declined in the advanced stage group(P0.05).AR expression and clinical stage was negative correlation(P0.05).The AR expression in prostatic tissues was no significant correlation with that in testicular tissues.【Conclusion】 It is suggested that the expression of prostate tissue and testicular tissue is independent with each other;the degree of positive AR expression were correlated with tumor stages and pathology classification in prostatic tissues;the degree of positive AR expression were correlated with tumor stages in testicular tissues.It may be a valuable reference in forecasting biological behavior and prognosis of PCa.
