The early surgical way of obstetric brachial plexus palsy

目的比较神经松解术与神经移植术的疗效。方法随机选取我院收治的保守治疗组、神经松解组、神经移位或移植组患儿各10例,随访后对比其疗效。结果保守组10例与神经松解组10例肩肘功能均停滞在MalletⅡ～Ⅲ级,神经移位移植组术后肩肘功能完全恢复者1例,达MalletⅣ级者7例。结论神经移位或移植组明显优于神经松解及保守治疗。

【Objective】 to compare the neural loose with the neural transplantation curative effect.【Methods】 our Hospital patients were randomly selected conservative treatment group,the nerve loose solutions group,nervous shift or infusion group the 10 cases,after the follow-up compared its curative effect.【Results】 the conservative group of 10 cases and neural loose solutions group,10 cases of shoulder cubits functions are stagnation in Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ Mallet level,nervous shift or transplantation group began shoulder function fully 1 case,of the Ⅳ Mallet level 7 cases.【Conclusion】 nervous shift or transplantation group is obviously superior to loose solutions and neural conservative treatment.
