基于ERP系统的医院运营管理

医疗资源的稀缺性与医疗服务需求不断增长的矛盾与日俱增,医院必须通过实施精细化的运营管理来提高效率,以促进医疗资源的高效利用。长期以来我国医院运营管理较为薄弱,优化与变革医院传统的运营管理模式需求迫切,解放军总医院应用信息化手段,建立了基于ERP的人力资源管理、全成本核算管理、物资闭环管理和运营决策支持平台,有效提高了医院运营管理效果。

Facing the inclining contradictions that scarcity of medical resources and increasing health care demand, hospitals must run precisely and efficiently so that the medical resources can be taken fully advantage. For a long period of time, hospital operation management is weak in our country, which makes it urgent to optimize and reform the way of hospital operation management. With the support of information system, the PLA General Hospital established ERP-based human resource management system, full costing system, material closed-loop management system, and decision support system, and hospital operation management was enhanced efficiently.
