加强卫生统计工作规范 推动医药卫生改革发展

医改进入收官之年,三年医改成效评估成为各级部门关注的焦点,但由于各级卫生行政部门和医改部门数据统计口径不一致,统计方法不一样,数据上报时段不相同等原因,各部门统计的医改数据很难真实反应医改执行情况。文章从卫生统计工作实际出发,深入浅出的分析了存在的问题,提出了加强卫生统计工作规范,推动医药卫生改革发展的工作思路。

Healthcare reform in the People＇s Republic of China has entered the last year, After three years of the effectiveness evaluation in Healthcare reform become the focus of the departments of all levels, but because the range and methods of data statistics is inconsistent in public health administrative department of all levels and healthcare reform department. Moreover the time for data reporting also is not at the same time, It＇s hard for these statistical data to reflect real implementation of healthcare reform. The present article based on actual conditions of health statistics, It analyses the present situation in China, and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen health statistics work and promote healthcare reform development.
