我国居民健康档案基本数据集数据元目录编制

我国居民健康档案基本数据集包括个人基本信息、社区卫生服务信息、公共卫生服务信息、妇幼保健信息、医疗服务信息五个方面的内容,共32个基本数据集,2200余个数据元。由于这些基本数据集的编制单位不同,业务内容不同,造成一些相同数据元属性描述不统一。为保障在国家层面居民健康档案数据元的完全一致性,卫生部组织编制了我国健康档案基本数据集数据元标准。本文对我国居民健康档案基本数据集数据元目录的编制背景、原则和结果进行了概述。

Basic datasets for Chinese residents health record includes five parts： individual information, community health service, public health, maternity and child health care, and medical care, consist of 32 basic datasets and 2200 data element. Due to different organization taking part in the work with different interests, same data elements have different attribute description. In order for a unified datasets in the country level, Ministry of Health made the standards for data element of health record basic dataset. This paper introduces the background, principle and results of establishment of data element directory for health record basic datasets.
