摘要
以蔗渣浆纤维为原料,在微波辐射的作用下,采用自由基引发接枝共聚的方法制备高吸水性树脂,研究了不同单体组合方式及不同实验条件对吸水树脂吸水倍率的影响。结果表明,在较优条件下得到的高吸水性树脂的吸水倍率为553 g/g。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪和X射线对产物的结构特征进行了分析,结果表明,单体与蔗渣浆纤维素发生了接枝共聚反应。
The preparation process of high water-absorbent resin with bagasse fiber under microwave radiation was introduced. The effects of microwave radiation time and water content of the system, neutralization degree of AA, dosages of initiator and cross-linking agents on the resin's absorbency rate were investigated. The max water absorption ratio was 553 g/g in the optimal conditions. The structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR and XRD. The resuhs proved the existing of graft copolymerization between bagasse fiber and the monomers.
