118例儿科支气管镜术护理

目的探讨和总结118例患儿行支气管镜检查和护理的特点和体会。方法对术前、术中、术后的护理进行回顾性总结、观察、分析,以增加该技术的安全性和成功率。结果本组均获得成功,结果满意。术中血氧饱和度(SaO2)下降80%以下2例,80-90%15例,术后发热或发热加重7例,出血6例,未发生严重并发症。结论认为严格遵守操作规程和细致周到的护理,有助于提高儿科支气管镜术成功率并减少并发症。

Objective This report discusses and summarizes the characteristics of pediatric nursing after tracheoscopy from 118 cases with some personal experiences.Methods The aim of this report is to discuss the methods to increase the safety and success rate by reviewing the nursing techniques used before,during and after the tracheoscopy operations.Results All these 118 cases achieved satisfied results.During the operations there were 2 cases that the oxyhemoglobin saturation（SaO2） reduced by 80% below and 15 cases that it reduced by 80% to 90%.And after the operations there were 7 cases that pyrexia appeared or become worse and also 6 haemorrhage cases.Conclusion No serious complication happened.It is believed that to increase the success rate and reduce the chance of complication,operation specifications must be obeyed and meticulous nursing must be applied,
