脊髓空洞症围手术期护理对策

目的探讨脊髓空洞症围手术期护理对策。方法选取2009年4月至2011年9月14例脊髓空洞症患者进行回顾性分析。术前加强呼吸和卧位训练、心理护理;术后严密观察生命体征、加强体位、切口、并发症护理,并指导患者早期功能锻炼。结果 14例患者经治疗和护理,所有病例未发生刀口感染或脑脊液漏,术后都有不同程度的症状改变。结论术前、术后加强监护和有效的护理干预是脊髓空洞症患者手术成功的重要保证。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing countermeasures of syringomyelia patients with surgical treatment,Method Selecting 14 cases of syringomyelia patients with surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed from 2009 April to 2011 November.Preoperative strengthen respiratory and lying position training、psychological nursing,Postoperative close observation of the vital signs,strengthen body posture,incision、 complication nursing and guidance in patients with early functional exercise.Result：14 patients through treatment and nursing,All cases did not happen to wound infection or cerebrospinal fluid leakage.After the different levels of symptoms change.Conclusion：Strengthen pre-and postoperative monitoring and effective nursing intervention is the important guarantee of the successful operation for patients with surgical treatment.
