800例胸外科重症术后呼吸功能恢复的护理体验

目的探讨胸外科重症术后呼吸功能恢复的护理方法。方法回顾性总结800例胸外科重症患者术后呼吸功能恢复的临床资料及护理经验;结果800例胸外科重症患者手术后呼吸功能得到及时有效的恢复,无死亡病例,并发症11例,占手术例数的1.3%,呼吸功能恢复效果良好。结论高质量的护理工作,可以保证全麻开胸手术患者术后肺功能的有效恢复,减少术后并发症的发生,具有重要的临床意义。

Object：To investigate the postoperative care of respiratory function recovery after severe thoracic surgery.Methods：This retrospective study summarized 800 cases of respiratory function recovery after severe thoracic surgery,the clinical information and nursing experience was collected.Results：In all these 800 cases of postoperative care of respiratory function recovery after severe thoracic surgery,all of the respiratory function recovered and no patient died,with 11 cases of complications（1.3% of all 800 cases） occured.The nursing care is effective and crucial.Conclusion：High-quality nursing care can make the respiratory function recover effectively and reduce the rates of complications after severe thoracic surgery.
