肺炎性假瘤的CT诊断分析(附10例报告)

目的探讨肺炎性假瘤的CT征象,提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析经手术病理及临床证实的10例肺炎性假瘤的CT资料。结果 8例病灶位于肺外周部,1例浅分叶,4例肿块边界清晰,5例病灶内见低密度区域,4例伴有明显胸膜反应,3例病灶边缘增强。结论综合分析各种CT征象,并密切结合临床,可提高本病诊断的准确率。

Objective To investigate the CT appearance of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor so as to elevate of signs suggestive of this disease.Methods Retrospective studies CT findings of the 10 cases ofpulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor whichwere provedpathologically aftersurgery and clinical confirmed.Results eight cases were locatednear the pleurai surface,lobulation in 1,the lesions demonstrated smooth margin in 4,liquefaction in 5,four cases demonstrated pleural thickening,3 were cricoid enhanced.ConclusionTo analyze the allCT findingsand clinical can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
