黑龙江省农业科学院科技成果转化途径分析及建议

Analysis and Suggestions on Means of Science and Technology Achievements' Transformation of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences

文章研究分析了黑龙江省农业科学院院县共建、打造成果转化平台和产业化实现成果转化的三种途径,提出了支持成果产出源头、加大对粮食主产区农业科技成果产业化的支持力度、加大对科技型企业的扶持力度、科研立项要更贴近农业生产实际、提高农民的科技意识和科学文化素质、建立新的农业科技成果推广体系等建议,以提高农业科技成果转化水平。

Three means of achievements transformation in Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences were analyzed in the paper,i.e.,cooperating with counties,building the achievement transformation platform and achievement industrialization.Suggestions were put forward,such as support achievements production resources,strengthen support of industrialization of agricultural scientific results in main grain production area,strengthen the support of the scientific and technical enterprises,let scientific program lean to agricultural production,boost the science consciousness and scientific and cultural qualities of farmers,and build new agricultural science and technology extension system,etc.
