慢病毒介导的AQP8稳定表达对子宫颈癌SiHa细胞迁移能力的影响、 被引量:1

摘要 水通道蛋白(aquaporins,AQP)是一个疏水的、小而完整的膜蛋白家族,广泛表达于动植物体内,相对分子质量约为30000,迄今为止,哺乳动物体内共发现有13个AQP成员(AQP0~12)[1]。
