摘要
利用美国NI公司的CompactRIO平台为控制核心,采用Labview软件的PID控制器、波形发生器和FPGA工具包等专用控件,研发了机体液压疲劳试验系统,实现了液压压力的加载、机体特征点应变值等信号的采集和液压伺服电磁阀的闭环控制。试验以特征点应变值的变化作为机体破坏的判据,实现了发动机机体疲劳破损的在线识别。
By using CompactRIO controller made by NI company as control core and adopting the PID controller of Labview software,wave generator and special control components including FPGA toolkit,a hydraulic fatigue test system for engine crankcase is developed,and the loading of hydraulic pressure,the collection of strain signals at the specific points of crankcase and the closed-loop control of hydraulic servo solenoid are realized.With the change in strain values at specific points as the criterion of crankcase crack,the on-line identification of the fatigue failure of engine crankcase is realized.
