江苏省环境承载力的动态评估及提升对策 被引量:2

摘要 环境承载力是指一定时期内、一定状态下的一定地区环境所能承受的人类活动作用的阈值。对环境承载力的研究有助于总结区域内部各个环境因素之间的变化规律,为采取环境治理措施提供理论的依据。文章运用了层次分析法,动态分析了江苏省单因素环境承载力和综合环境承载力的状况,从制度创新、行为引导和政府支持等方面提出该省增强环境承载力的对策、建议。 Environmental carrying capacity is the certain environment threshold that can bear the role of human activity under certain period and certain state.The research on the environmental carrying capacity is not only helpful to summarize the change rule among each environmental factor in interior donations,but also help for providing theoretical basis for adopting some environmental control measures.Using AHP,this paper analyzes the environmental carrying capacity of each environ mental factor and its integrated situation in Jiangsu Province dynamicly,then proposes some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of system innovation,behavioral guidance and government support.
