摘要
针对目前用电信息采集系统的不足,结合GSM网络和Web服务技术,提出基于GSM的用户剩余电量自动短信提醒系统设计方案。依据该系统关键技术,设计其构架、网络通道等。根据系统需要实现的功能,设计和实现了短信数据库、短信发送模块、系统管理模块,并研究了系统的定时巡测流程。采用剩余电量自动短信提醒系统,既可减轻客服人员工作负担,降低服务成本,又可实现电网服务智能化。
Considering the deficiencies of current electricity information acquisition system, combined with GSM network and web service technology, the design scheme of user remaining capacity automatic short message alert system based on GSM was proposed. On the basis of the key technologies of this system, system architecture and network access were designed. According to the fimctions that the system needed to achieve, short message database, short message sending module and system management module were designed and implemented, and the timing scan process was studied. By using the remaining capacity automatic short message alert system, the workload of customer service could be alleviated, service costs could be reduced, and the smart grid services could be achieved.
