摘要
文章提出基于摄像式的低成本远程无线抄表系统,用户无需更换原有传统电表,只需在电能表的计数表头安装摄像头模块,拍照后通过无线模块传输给集中器,集中器数字图像识别后通过GPRS发给数据采集终端,从而实现无线抄表。重点介绍了该抄表系统中集中器的工作原理、硬件结构及软件构架,最后利用设计的集中器实物验证了该设计能很好的满足无线抄表系统对集中器速度和精度的要求,为广大农村地区的电网智能化建设提供良好的参考方案。
A low-cost wireless remote meter reading system has been put forward based on the camera in this article. The users don't need to change the traditional electric meter. Instead, a camera module will be installed on the electric meter, and the pictures of the count header will be transmitted through wireless module to concentrators. The concentrations recognize the numbers in the digital images and send the result to the terminal by GPRS. This paper focuses on the working principle of the meter reading system, the hardware structure and the software architecture. Finally, the real concentrator object shows it can well meet the request of the speed and precision of the wireless meter reading system, providing a good solution for grid intelligent construction.
