摘要 在用电信息采集系统中,GPRS公网终端通过拨号方式与用电信息采集主站建立通信连接,在对新投运的GPRS公网终端进行现场调试时,由于多方面的原因导致了GPRS公网终端的拨号失败,对现场调试工作的进度造成时间上的延误,影响用电信息数据的正常采集。文章对福建省用电信息采集系统中GPRS公网终端的拨号流程和拨号原理进行介绍,并对GPRS公网终端拨号过程中的常见故障进行分析,提出相应的解决方法和防范措施。 The GPRS public network terminals in electric energy data acquisition system establish communication connections with electric energy data acquisition master station via dial-up procedures. However, due to various reasons, the dial-up procedures were not able to successfully complete when the newly installed GPRS public network terminals were being configured, which slowed down the configuration work and affected the normal acquisition of the electric energy data. This paper discusses the dial-up procedures of GPRS public network terminals in electric energy data acquisition system in Fujian. It also analyzes the common failures during the dial-up procedures and the corresponding solutions are provided.
