概述了我国三聚氰胺生产及市场现状,着重介绍了BASF法、DSM法、Montedison法、Nissan法、烨晶法等几种三聚氰胺生产工艺的发展状况,并对几种工艺进行分析比较。利用"联产"新概念来完成三聚氰胺尾气的有效回收利用,是近年来三聚氰胺行业发展的新趋势;万吨级以上的三聚氰胺装置需与尿素装置配套以消化三聚氰胺尾气,投资较大,适合于有一定经济实力的生产企业;小规模的三聚氰胺装置适合于经济实力差的生产企业,特别适合于生产碳酸氢铵、纯碱的生产企业。
A survey is given of the present status of melamine production and marketin China, the development of several processes is particularly described, viz., the BASF, DSM, Montedison, Nissan and Edgein processes, and they are analyzed and compared. The new concept of "integrated production process" is utilized to carry out the efficient recovery and utilization of the melamine tail gas, which is a new trend in the development of the melamine industry in recent years; a melamine unit of over ten thousand tons requires urea equipment to form a complete set, so as to consume the melamine tail gas, and the investment is high, suitable for a plant with economic strength; a smallscale melamine unit is applicable to a plant with less economic strength, especially suitable for ammonium bicarbonate and soda ash plants.
