国产100kt/a双加压法硝酸装置蒸汽不能自给原因浅析

Superficial Analysis of Reasons for Inadequate Supply of Steam for Self-Sufficiency in a Domestic 100 kt/a Dual-Pressure Nitric Acid Plant

从设备、机组、工艺等方面分析了国产100 kt/a双加压法硝酸装置蒸汽不能自给的原因。针对存在的问题,提出了改进建议,如提高"四合一"机组技术性能、提高工艺设计和设备制造水平、加强管理等,以使国产化双加压法硝酸装置赶上或达到世界先进水平。

Reasons are analyzed for inadequate supply of steam for self-sufficiency in a domestic 100 kt/a dual-pressure nitric acid plant from the aspects of equipment, plant unit and process. In view of the existing problems, suggestions for improvement are offered, such as up-grading the technological performance of the ＂ four-in-one＂ plant unit, raising the level of process design and equipment manufacture, and tightening up the management, so that the domestic dual-pressure nitric acid plant will catch up with or attain the world advanced level.
