摘要
分析了连续熔硫工艺存在的问题。对半水煤气脱硫系统硫泡沫的3种集中处理方案(板框式压滤机法、离心机法和真空过滤机法)的优缺点进行比较,认为真空过滤机法或离心机法具有节能、环保、自动化程度高、维护费用少等优点,达到国家对化工行业的环保要求,应该是硫泡沫处理工艺的发展方向。
An analysis is made of the problems in the continuous sulfur melting porcess. A comparison is given of the virtues and defects of three schemes of centralized processing (plate frame filter press, centrifugal filter and vacuum filter) of sulfur foams in the semi-water gas desulfurization system, and it is considered that the use of the vacuum filter or centrifugal filter has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, high degree of automation and low maintenance cost, thereby meeting the environmental requirements in the chemical industry, and it should be the direction for development of the sulfur foam treatment process.
