构建和谐社会进程中新生代农民工政治参与问题研究

On The Political Participation of the New Generation of Migrant Workers in the Process of Building a Harmonious Society

新生代农民工已经成为我国农民工队伍的主体,他们的政治参与状况直接影响着我国的社会稳定和社会主义和谐社会的构建。目前我国新生代农民工政治参与处于被边缘化的状态,造成这一状况的主要原因有制度障碍、过客心理、经济社会地位低下、权益代表组织缺位等。应通过加快以户籍为核心的社会制度改革、完善相关法律法规、拓宽政治参与渠道、提高农民工的组织化程度、促进新生代农民工市民化等措施,促使其政治参与水平的不断提高。

New generation of migrant workers have become the main force of China＇s migrant workers.Their political participation status directly affects the country＇s social stability and social harmony.At present their political participation is marginalized.The main reasons for this situation are institutional barriers,past thought,lower economic and social status,the absence of the organization on behalf of their rights.To promote the level of political participation,we should speed up innovation on the household registration system as the core of society,improve relevant laws and regulations,expand political participation channels,improve the degree of organization,promote the new generation of migrant workers to become citizen and other measures.
