兔着床后全胚胎培养方法及其研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着兔在发育毒性评价中的应用越来越广泛以及鼠着床后全胚胎培养技术作为体外替代方法的优势和广泛应用,兔着床后全胚胎培养技术在理论研究和实际应用中均具有重要价值。本文从兔全胚胎培养方法、胚胎形态评分系统、方法学的研究动态、在发育毒性研究中的应用情况以及该方法的优缺点等方面进行综述。
