钻石型桥塔临时撑、拉杆的设计

摘要 厦漳跨海大桥索塔采用钻石形桥塔,塔高227 m,包括上、中、下塔柱和下横梁。施工时,为避免倾斜塔肢在悬臂状态下,塔壁因拉应力超标而产生裂纹,下塔柱设置二道对拉,中塔柱设置五道对撑,确保塔柱施工线型及塔身质量满足施工控制要求。 The cable tower of Xiamen-Zhangzhou Sea-crossing bridge uses diamond-type bridge tower,and the height of the tower is 227 m,including upper,middle,lower pylon column and lower beam.In the construction process,in order to avoid cracks appears on the tower wall because of exceeded tensile stress when the tilted tower limb is in the cantilever state,the lower pylon column sets two pull,and the middle pylon column set five support,so as to make sure that the construction linear of pylon column and the tower quality all meet the construction control requirements.
