文章在分析国内外厌氧消化技术的基础上,结合北京市餐厨垃圾特性和变化趋势,以工程实例论述了北京市餐厨垃圾厌氧消化处理的可行性和适用性。

Based on the analysis of anaerobic digestion technique at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics and change trends of the kitchen waste in Beijing,this paper discusses the feasibility and applicability for the anaerobic digestion treatment of the kitchen waste in Beijing with engineering examples.
