摘要
人们对乳制品质量安全的要求越来越高,但是接连不断发生的乳制品质量安全事故,让人们对乳制品的消费感到恐惧。文章从乳制品供应链的主要参与者和政府监管两大方面来进行原因分析,并给出了相关对策。
The demand of people towards the safety of dairy products is becoming higher,but dairy products quality safety accidents often happened,let people fear the consumption of dairy products.This paper mainly for dairy products in the supply chain of the main body,and the main government regulation two aspects to cause analysis,and discusses the reason of the countermeasures.
