摘要
目的 探讨甲胎蛋白 (AFP)异质体的检测在儿科肿瘤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法根据刀豆素A对AFP亲和力的不同 ,采用亲和交叉免疫电泳自显影术检测AFP异质体。结果 恶性胚芽细胞肿瘤出现双波图像 ,且非结合型波 (NR波 ) >3 0 % ;恶性肝脏疾病也出现双波图像 ,但NR波<15 % ;良性胚芽细胞肿瘤可呈单波或双波图像 ,但NR波极小 ;良性肝脏疾病仅出现单波图像。结论 AFP异质体的检测能为儿童良、恶性肝脏疾病及良、恶性胚芽细胞肿瘤的术前鉴别提供有效的实验室依据。
Objective To study the value of alpha fetoprotein heterogeneity in detecting pediatric diseases. Methods According to the different affinity of ConA with AFP, crossed affinity immunoelectrophoresis autoradiography was used. Results Malignant blastocytoma showed double wave image, and non reaction (NR) wave was over 30%. The NR wave of malignant liver disease was below 15%. Benign blastocytoma showed single wave image or double waves image, but the percent foe the NR wave was small. Benign liver disease only showed single wave image. Conclusion The detection of AFP heterogeneity can provide laboratory information for the identification of malignant or benign liver disease, as well as malignant or benign blastocytoma in children.
