Comparison of CBC results with fresh blood using different calibration method

目的 探讨血液分析仪校准的正确方法。方法 分别用配套校准物、非配套校准物和质控物在 4台不同类型的血液分析仪上进行仪器校准后 ,再比较新鲜血用各仪器测定全血细胞计数结果的可比性和偏差。结果 用配套校准物校准的 3台仪器测定新鲜血的全血细胞计数结果非常接近 ,无配套校准物的一台仪器测定新鲜血血小板时结果明显偏低。用非配套校准物或质控物校准仪器后 ,新鲜血的白细胞、血小板和血细胞比容的偏差明显增大。结论 血液分析仪的校准应使用配套的校准物或可靠定值的新鲜血。

Objective To study the correct method for calibration of hematology analyzer.Methods Four different hematology analyzers were calibrated by manufacturer recommended calibrator, other calibrator and quality control material respectively. The fresh blood sample were detected on each analyzer and the comparability and bias were compared.Results The results of CBC collected from three analyzers with recommended calibrator were similar. The PLT result collected from the analyzer without recommended calibrator was lower . The bias of WBC, PLT and HCT were increased after calibration using other calibrator and quality control material.Conclusion The recommended calibrator or the fresh blood is used to do the calibration for Hematology analyzer.
