为了建立血清低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)循环免疫复合物 (LDL CIC)的测定方法。利用酶联免疫吸附试验技术 ,以羊抗人IgG作包板以识别CIC中的抗体部分 ,以兔抗人LDL作酶标物识别CIC中的抗原部分。研究显示颈动脉粥样硬化病人血中的LDL CIC明显高于对照组 ,LDL CIC水平与血中LDL以及其他修饰型LDL含量无关。结果表明 ,该方法简便、稳定 ,LDL

The technique to determinafion of low density lipoprotein circulating immune complex(LDL CIC)was established with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The antibody portion of LDL CIC was recognized by goat anti human IgG antibody,and antigen portion of LDL CIC was recognized by rabbit anti human LDL antibody.The technique was simple and stable.It is found that the LDL CIC levels were higher in the patients with carotid atherosclerosis than in controls,and the LDL CIC levels were not related with blood LDL and other modificated LDL.The results suggest that the LDL CIC is involved in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.
