摘要
采用等离子切割钢板时,由于等离子切割弧的形状不规则,在切割过程中等离子弧并不垂直于钢板表面,钢板上层先于下层被切割,直角零件常被切割成圆角零件,导致零件切割质量不合格。现对原有工艺进行改善,等割零件一次交检合格率提升至95%,减少了手工打磨时间,零件生产效率提高20%。
During the plasma cutting process,such factors as uneven shape of plasma cutting arc,plasma cutting arc not vertical on steel plate surface, and steel plate upper layer cut prior to the lower layer, could cause the unqualified cutting and right angle parts are frequently cut into round angle ones.Put forth an improvement on old cutting process,by which it could raise the acceptance rate of plasma cutting to 95% and component productivity improved by 20%.Furthermore ,time on the manual polishing is saved.
