安氏Ⅱ类2分类错矫治前后X线头影测量值及咀嚼效率的对比研究

Comparative investigation of cephalometric analysis and masticatory efficiency of Angle class Ⅱ division 2 before and after orthodontic treatment

目的比较安氏Ⅱ类2分类错患者矫治前后X线头影测量值和咀嚼效率的变化。方法选择24例安氏Ⅱ类2分类错患者,采用直丝弓矫治技术非拔牙矫治。X线头影测量分析患者矫治前后牙齿及颌骨的变化,吸光度法比较患者矫治前后咀嚼效率变化,SPSS 10.0统计软件进行配对样本t检验。结果矫治前后X线头影测量结果显示患者SNB、ANB、上前牙倾斜度、上下前牙交角、下颌平面角、Y轴角、ODI值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。矫治前后的吸光度值分别为0.43±0.12、0.58±0.14,差异有统计学意义(t=1.007,P=0.001),矫治后患者的咀嚼效率明显提高。结论对安氏Ⅱ类2分类错患者进行正畸治疗既能改善其外貌,其咀嚼效率也有改善。

Objective To investigate the change of indices in cephalometric analysis and masticatory efficiency before and after the orthodontic treatment.Methods Twenty-four patients of AngleⅡ2 were treated with straight wire appliance.Teeth and skeleton before and after treatment was determined with the cephalometric radiogragh.The masticatory efficiencies before and after treatment were determined with the absorbency method using Type 722 grating spectrophotometer.Results The cephalometric analysis and absorbency were different significantly before and after the treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion The appearance and masticatory efficiency are both improved after orthodontic treatment.
