刘化公司引入俄罗斯先进的日产600t合成氨TanDem天然气换热转化技术,对已有合成氨装置进行技术改造,配套建设年产200kt合成氨气体净化装置。在装置开车前,对脱碳系统、高变废锅、低变废锅、汽堤塔进行了化学清洗;循环水系统进行了化学清洗及预膜;脱碳系统的填料环进行了清洗,开车后,达到了预期目的。

Introduce the Russian advanced 600t/d TanDem natural gas heat-transforming technology to reform the existing NH3 plant, and construct the surpporting purification unit for 200 kt/a NH3 plant in Gansu Liuhua Group. Before the plant started up, chemical cleaning had been done for the decarburization unit, the high/low temperature shift waste heat boilers and the stripper; also chemical cleaning and pre-filming treatment had been done to the circulating water system; and packing ring in decarburization unit was cleaned. So the device had successfully started up.
